Enquiry

When the customer calls to enquire about forthcoming course the operator may use this screen to lodge the customer enquiry. Also this screen may be used while “cold calling” as well as running promotions, group targeting, etc marketing campaigns.

The operator first will try to find the customer by clicking on the search tool binoculars. The enter parameter value dialog would appear. Once the search name is entered, the system will attempt to find the user name in the existing database. If the search is successful, the fetched customer’s name is shown in the Find dialog. The operator double clicks on the name and it gets inserted into the

 

Enquiry form.

Then the operator proceeds to fill up rest of the Enquiry form with the relevant details.
